All technical session, symposium and poster presenters must register and pay to attend the conference by the early registration deadline (January 16, 2017). If you are not able to attend and need to withdraw your presentation, please contact Jim Long by email at [email protected]or Bill Wentroth ASAP. Conference registration fees include Welcome socials on Thursday and Friday, Banquet on Saturday as well as all refreshment breaks during the conference and entrance into all Technical and Poster Sessions.
After January 16, 2017, you may still register on line or on site at the meeting at the higher LATE rates. All refund requests must be made by email ([email protected]) before December 31, 2016. 80% of the total charges will then be refunded. No cancellations or refunds will be made after that date.
